SSA Drama is a local theatre group based at The Edge Theatre, Alderbrook School in Solihull. We’re always looking for new members, so whether you wish to act, direct, help backstage or front of house, we’d love to hear from you.

Rehearsals

We rehearse on Wednesday and Friday evenings at Alderbrook School, Blossomfield Road, Solihull B91 1SN.

Membership

Membership is charged on a per-show basis and is currently £80. We offer a £5 membership fee for non-acting members.

Formed in 1944 as part of the Solihull Society of Arts, we have a long history of staging successful productions, with recent titles including Dick Whittington, An Evening of Mirth & Merriment, Aladdin, The Wind in the Willows, Lord of the Flies, Caught On The Hop, The Recruiting Officer, The Ladykillers, Waiting For Godot, The Importance of Being Earnest, Wuthering Heights and Peter Pan or The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up.
